Hello,

 

Is there a folder in Quickbooks which contains the invoices sent to customers?

Hi jlondonocelis.

 

Being able to see when the last invoice was sent and what was included in it is one of the great things you can do in QuickBooks Online. I'd be happy to walk you through where to go to find this information.

 

In QuickBooks Online you can find the information on the last sent email by going to Sales>Invoices>Edit Invoice>Click on More at the bottom of the page>Audit History. This will show you the invoice itself, the date it was sent, the last time it was emailed and a lot more. If you're looking to see the actual template you use for your emails all you can see if the current template you use. This can be accessed by going to: Gear>Account and Settings>Sales>Messages. This will show you the template of your email and you can make changes as you see fit.
