Question

Is it possible to manage both two accounts under the same QuickBooks Online (QBO) login, allowing us to switch between accounts ?

Hi there,

 

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online provides the flexibility needed to easily manage multiple accounts. I'll be happy to provide the info you need so you're on the right track with your work. 

 

The program allows you to manage more than one subscription using the same email address. Once you've done this you can utilize the Switch Company feature that allows you to switch between companies with the same email. Here's how to switch companies:

  1. Select Settings .
  2. Under Profile/Your Company, select Switch Company.
  3. From the list, select the company you want to switch to.

Hi there info@avalonrobot,

 

To switch company, click on the Gear icon located in the top right, then in the rightmost column, click Switch Company. Choose which company you'd like to pivot towards, and you'll now be in that account's books. Note that this option will only be seen when there is more than one QuickBooks subscription able to be accessed form the same username.
