Is “ No_Reply@notifications.intuit.com” a legitimate email? It says “ We received your QuickBooks subscription payment!”

If the subscription payment email doesn't align with your actual QuickBooks billing, I highly recommend getting in touch with our support team so they can verify the legitimacy of the email you've received.  Here's how to get in touch:

 

  • Phone: Call 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.
  • Schedule a Callback or Chat: Click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
  • Social Media: FacebookTwitter, and Instagram.
