Money was taken out of my bank account, yet my subscription has not been renewed or it won't let me save and continue using my quick books

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact Support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
