Multiple company logins, cant' delete

Hey guys, I know this has probably been answered a bunch of times but,

 

How can I delete an unwanted company / login, I have tried the unsubscribing under account management and it removes my entire logins for both companies.

 

I am trying to remove the "www" login. (its been inactive for a few years now)

Hi TimboF150,

 

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online has the accessibility you need to ensure users can login effortlessly. Ensuring that only active users are on the account and able to successfully login is something that I can definitely help you with.

 

Only the Primary Admin can delete a user.  Here's how:

 

1. From the Gear icon in the top right, select Manage users

2. In the User tab, find the user you want to delete and click on the ▼ dropdown menu in the Action column

3. Hit Delete and then Delete again to confirm.
