My accountant says he can't access my books. I've changed my login credentials and PW since he last accessed them. How do I resend him credential information?

Based on the info you've shared above, I recommend checking to see if the accountant user is added to the account. You can check this by clicking on the Settings ⚙️ icon, then select Manage users.
