Question

My accountant sees a different view then what i see. There appears to be a major glitch that is effecting business. I see transactions and they cannot see them

It appears that there is little support, it is difficult and frustrating when we cannot complete our work. Transactions for review i can see however my accountant cant see them. It leaves everyone confused, costs money and leads to miscommunications. Is there another program available that operates correctly?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides access to the users on your account, so they can complete their bookkeeping tasks in a timely fashion.  I would be happy to provide some insight here!

 

If you've invited your accountant to your books as a user type, I suggest reviewing their user roles and access rights.  However, if their listed as an accountant user in the manage users section, they should have full access to all areas of your company data.  When they don't see the same information as you do, it may be the QuickBooks dashboard they have opened.  There are four different tabs: Get things done, Business overview, Cash flow, and Planner.  To learn more about the home dashboard, click here
