My email address associated with my account, username, is being deleted. how do I change everything so I still have access?

Hi cbeatchbookkeepi. Changing login credentials can be a strenuous process but QuickBooks Online helps make that process simple. Just to add to the valuable info Lourdes has shared above, you can also change the email address you use to sign in even with QBO Canada. Here's a Canadian article which shows you how to do that. I recommend  trying that first and let me know how you make out. I'll be on standby.
