My mobile quickbooks went blank and does not work meanwhile t works as it should and has all of my company's y info still present on my desktop computer. What happened?

In this situation, I suggest refreshing your app, or uninstalling and reinstalling it to see if you experience the same result.  I also recommend logging into your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
