My on boarding assistant appointment has been cancelled at the last minute. I wondering when it will be re-scheduled ??

I did call the 1888 toll free number and really no help they sent a link went on it took me to some calendar page so that not it. I am reaching out now for a few days and not reaching anywhere I NEED HELP so I can use my quickbooks online thanks

Hi,

I had to reschedule my onboarding. On the new day it was scheduled, the on boarding team member never showed up to the session.

can I please reschedule a new session.
