My training tab is blank and I have tried all the recommendations

I have tried clearing browser history, clearing intuit cookies, removing pop up blockers/anti virus software, trusting the site. I have Safari 10.12.6 which should be enough to load the page. What next?

Since you've already tried clearing your browser's cache, you can work with your training materials through a private window. Here's the keyboard shortcut for Safari browser: Shift Command N.

 

Additionally, you can use other supported browsers like the following the narrow down the result:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
