Need help with upgrading subscription made through app

I started with easy start for a free month and I am trying to upgrade to essential and pay for it but on my App Store subscription it is only letting me choose easy start. How do I upgrade. ?

I'm delighted to know you're upgrading your services. There are awesome features that you can try with our QuickBooks Online subscriptions.

 

If you can't use the app to upgrade, try to log in to your QuickBooks Online account using your device's web browser. Then follow these instructions to upgrade your account:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
  2. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Make sure your payment info is up-to-date.
  5. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade your plan.
  6. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
  7. Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.
