Hi there Star1850,

Transferring your client's subscription to your QuickBooks Online Accountant firm is a great way to make sure you have access to their books. QuickBooks Online Accountant makes it easy to add a new client or an existing client to your billing. I can assist you with that.

If you have a client in your list that doesn't currently have a QuickBooks Online subscription, you can navigate to the Clients section in the left column, then scroll down until you find the one in question. You can click on the Edit Client button in the action column and choose their subscription level.

If you're wanting to transfer the billing of a client with an existing QuickBooks subscription, you can do so by going into the Gear Icon in the top right corner, then clicking on Subscription and Billing. In the Your subscriptions tab, you select Add existing clients and choose them from the list. A couple of things to note here is that your client's QuickBooks subscription needs to be active in order for this process to work, and your client's Primary Administrator will have had to authorized you to take over the billing. They'll be able to do this from the Billing and Subscription tab of their Account and settings section via the Gear icon. If you're missing one of those, you'll see the company name greyed out while in the Add existing clients dropdown.

For your reference, here 's an article that goes over the process of how to Transfer clients to your wholesale billing plan.
