Please help, I can not update my proadvisor profile telephone number. The box it is in does not have an edit pencil to click?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! QuickBooks Online Find-a-ProAdvisor page is a great platform to showcase your experience, skills, specializations, and certifications to potential clients. Having the correct phone number in your Profile is important, so that your clients are able to reach out to you when necessary. I can give you a hand with updating your telephone number in your Profile.

To update any info on your ProAdvisor profile, you can select the Profile icon next to the gear icon on the top-right corner of your screen, select the Edit pencil icon at the top-right corner in the box to update the telephone number and click on Save. If you're not able to see the Edit pencil icon to update your telephone number after following the detailed steps on how to update your ProAdvisor profile, I suggest that you complete some troubleshooting steps. This might be a result of a glitch in the system or a browser issue. Please complete the following troubleshooting steps below:

• If you're on a web browser, you can clear your cache and cookies by following the steps in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
• If you're using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows/Mac, you can clear the app cache or reset the app data. Click here to see how that can be done.
• You can also log into your QuickBooks Online account using a private window on your web browser. 
• You can log into your QuickBooks Online account using a different computer or device.
