QB Online wrong billing
I was using QB Online with EasyStart and Payroll services since Jan 2021. On 3 Jan 2022, I unsubscribed the Payroll service.
On Feb 10, I found that both EasyStart and Payroll services became inactive. I then resubscribed the EasyStart only again on Feb 10.
Surprisingly, on Feb 11, I received an invoice indicating that both EasyStart and Payroll services were billed. I then unsubscribed the Payroll service again immediately. After that, I contact the online assistant for refunding the wrong billed Payroll service. A case number 1576547910 was created.
Unfortunately, after a few hours, I received an email from QB support telling me that I could not get the refund. This is unbelievable because this issue is obviously the design problem of the online web portal to handle the Unsubscribe and Resubscribe buttons!
I am very disappointed about such poor quality of the web portal and support service from QB.
