QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2015

I downloaded QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2015 onto my new computer.  It then asked for my License and Product number.  But when I entered them, they say they are not valid.  But I know they are.  I originally installed and registered this product in my old computer in January 2018.  Does anyone know why my license and product number isn't working?

You have QB Desktop 2015 Canadian Pro, correct?

Make sure to use the installer file for that version, not US version.

If you are not sure, use the trial version to open your file.

Hi.  Yes, I downloaded the Canadian version.  It then accepted my license and product numbers.  But now it won't let me register the product.  And without registering the product, I cannot use the program.  So I'm locked out.  😞
