Quickbooks keeps logging me out!!! I need to continually log back in, and it’s super annoying!!! It didn’t do this at the beginning!

Your accounts security is our top concern and we do all we can to help keep it safe. I'd be happy to help go over the inactive sign out timer on your QuickBooks Online Account.

QuickBooks Online has many ways to help keep your account information secure. One of these ways is the inactive sign out timer. This feature will sign you out of your QuickBooks Online account after being inactive in it for a set time. In order to increase this time you can go to:Gear>Accounts and Settings>Advanced>Other Preferences. From there you'll see the inactive timer which you can change from 1-3 hours before logging you out. At this time the feature can only have the time increased and cannot be disabled.

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.
