QuickBooks Online sign-in page is broken for the Primary Admin User. As soon as you enter the User ID, a message on the sign-in page says the user ID doesn't exist.

Exact message is, "We can't find anyone with [users ID]".  The user ID has been checked at "Manage Users".  How does one fix this?

Welcome to Community!  It's vital that you're able to successfully sign into your QuickBooks Online company without delay.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

If you haven't done so already, my first recommendation is to clear cache on your browser.  Log into your account with the email address associated with your user ID.  If you can't remember your user ID or password, you can recover your account here.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
