Self-Employment Subscription
I got signed up for the 18 months free offer for QuickBooks Self Employed after I filed my taxes with Turbo Tax but never received any confirmation email. It say I "own" QuickBooks SE but in the subscription area of my account there are no subscriptions. And when I go to the mobile app, it immediately says that my subscription "is expired". And when I go to sign in to my web login, it says "fetching data" with a loading bar. It's been fetching the data for the past 3 hours...
Does anyone know how to resolve this or contact support to look into it?
