Some students are unable to register

We love having users like you onboard, helping others familiarize themselves with our software. QuickBooks Online is an efficient and easy-to-use product that'll give your students a great introduction to the world of accounting. I want to make sure you're looking in the right direction to get the support you need on this.

We have a team that works exclusively with Educators and Students alike to ensure that everything is working as expected. The best way to assist your students that are having trouble with registration is to direct them to our website: Intuit Education Program. At the top of the page you'll find a Support tab. Select that and scroll down to find Get in touch. There's an email address there that you can use to reach out to the team, and they'll get back to you within 72 hours.
