Sorry, but this company is not subscribed to QuickBooks Online Plus. My account is current so that is not the issue and I am correct password etc.

Hi d.macnair,

You might be in conflict with a previous expired session. See if signing out and logging back in helps.

We know being able to access your company file whenever you need to update financials is a huge part of running a business. I'd be happy to go over what happened with that error.

 

Earlier today we had an issue with customers being able to log into their accounts and giving them the error the account didn't have a subscription. Our engineers were quickly notified and were able to resolve the issue. If you're continuing to have issues with logging into your company file I recommend clearing your cache and cookies by following the steps in this article and trying to log in again.

happening again in QBO Canada

That's right, it's happening again in QBO Canada. Used QB earlier today to make an invoice just fine. Now that I want to prepare an estimate, it gives an error saying I'm not subscribed though everything is current and correct. So frustrating!
