My free trial expired last month so I had subscribed last night but it keep on telling my when I log-in that my trial had expired and still need to subscribe even if I had already did. See the attached screenshot. Also I had subscribed because it says 50% off for 6 months but now it’s telling me that I am paying 9.99$ next month already. Please fix this.

It's awesome to hear that you'd like to continue using your QuickBooks Self-Employed beyond the trial period. I want to make sure you're able to get this subscription issue sorted out so that you can get back to work in the program.

 

In this instance, the QuickBooks Self-Employed team will need to collect your account information and take a look at what's happening in the back end. In order to keep your account information private, I'd like you to go through our Contact Us page, choose QuickBooks Self-Employed as the product, then fill out the email form to get in contact with an agent.
