Sync service items from QBO to QB Times

Hi,

In QB O I have change the service item status from Service to Non-inventory. This service item should disappear from QB Times from Service item list but it did not.

I have checked the Quick books Online Integration Preferences  and it says that the last sync was 22 hours.

Questions:

1. How often the sync happens between QB O and QB Times and can I schedule the sync

2. How long should I wait until the service item status will update in QB Times?

Welcome to Community!  I'm happy to hear that you were able to successfully edit your service item.  Time data automatically syncs to your QuickBooks account, so any changes you make are updated in real-time, keeping your data accurate.  However, based on the information you've provided, I recommend contacting us outside of Community.  This way, we can review the unexpected outcome in more depth, and ensure your QuickBooks goals are accomplished as soon as possible!
