T4 adding Box 71 for Indian tax exemption

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  Welcome.  With QuickBooks Online Payroll, you'll be able to set up each employee as exempt from Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Employment Insurance (EI), or Federal Income Tax.  However, I do understand the need to allow for Indian status tax exemptions.  For this reason, I feel you would benefit by contacting our Customer Care team at  1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.  They will be able to look into this further, and make any necessary changes from their end.
