Hi, @lynnvalleyphysiotherapy. Welcome to the Community!

You can perform troubleshooting by using an incognito or private browsing window when your My accountant tab has stopped working. I'd be glad to show you how to do this.

To begin with, a full browser cache can sometimes cause issues when accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Using a private or incognito window can help you bypass these cache-related problems and enhance performance.

Here's how:

Safari 11 or newer: ⌘+Shift+N
Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
Safari: Command+Shift+N

If the error doesn't appear while using an incognito window, return to your regular browser and clear its cache and cookies. This helps eliminate any temporary issues affecting the platform's functionality.

Additionally, you can visit this article to learn how to modify your navigation menu in QBO: Customize your view.

If the issue persists after you clear your cache and cookies, please don't hesitate to return to this thread for additional assistance, The Community is always here to lend a helping hand.
