The 'New Window' feature in 'Accountant Tools' is not working; I have re-started on several occasions; has anyone found a better solution for a permanent fix?

It's awesome that you're using QuickBooks Online Accountant to work with clients, and the accountant toolbox is full of useful features for managing a business's books, including the New Window feature. Restarting your system is a good troubleshooting step, and I'd be happy to share insight into what's going on.

 

We've received other reports of this feature not working, so it's something that's on our engineering team's radar. This means, research is being done into what's preventing that feature from working so they can implement a fix to get things back in gear. I do have additional troubleshooting steps you can consider just to make sure that the issue isn't something that can be cleared up more quickly. I recommend giving these steps a shot.

Should the New Window feature still not work after all of that, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online support team so that your account and information can be added to our affected users list.
