Trying to update our company address, but Quickbooks keeps requesting I "specify a valid EIN"

Hello, 

I'm trying to get our new address updated on our account but Quickbooks keeps telling me that I need to "specify a valid EIN." There's not even a spot on the page to do so. How do I get our address changed?
