The mobile app for QuickBooks Online is a life-saver for anyone conducting business on-the-go. I know how important it is for you to be able to access your account with the app. I'd be happy to shed some light on what may be happening. 


When you download the mobile app for QBO, it's important to make sure you've selected the correct app. You may have downloaded the app for QuickBooks Self-Employed, which is a separate program entirely. 

If you've confirmed that you've downloaded the proper app for QBO, there may be an issue with the app's cache. Try clearing out the app's cache and then try logging in again. The steps to do that will depend on which phone you're using. If you're having trouble figuring out the steps I'd suggest reaching out to your mobile phone provider.

 

If you've tried that and you're still not able to login, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone. This will help re-trigger any updates.
