Unable to delete my Quickbooks account. Don't have any active subscriptions, I only am using the free period? It always tells me to cancel subcriptions

In the data privacy in Inuit Account Manager I am stuck at an infinite loop on

There's something for you to do in ... before we can delete your data

To delete your data and stop using this product, you must first cancel your subscription.How to cancel.
After you cancel your subscription and your current billing period ends, please return here to delete your data.


But I do not have any subscriptions! Please help me I just want to delete my Intuit Account

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online subscriptions can be cancelled within product.  When an account has been made inactive, you'll continue to have access to your data for one year from the date of cancellation, before it's automatically deleted, as noted here.  To ensure your account is cancelled, follow this link

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Please cancel my Intuit QuickBooks Subscription.  I have NOT used it since I signed up, but continue to receive the monthly bill to my account each month.
