Unable to withdraw funds, contact us error what doe it mean payment for subscription when thru but seems to no work all payroll options are disabled thx

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  Having your QuickBooks Online Payroll disabled can be quite concerning, when you need to pay your staff on time.  I would be glad to provide some insight here!

 

When you use direct deposit to pay your employees, the associated bank account will be debited for the payroll amounts.  If the debit fails, an email notification with details of the failed transaction, will be sent to the Principal Officer on the account, along with the steps to correct the issue as soon as possible.  Until the appropriate steps have been taken, to resolve the returned debit, your QuickBooks Online Payroll account will be placed on hold.  Click here, to learn how to Resolve a hold on your payroll service.
