Under canadian subscription is possible to subscribe a Peruvian version?

Do you mean Canadian version = QBO Accountant CA account?

You need to use QBO Accountant Global version to manage QBO Global version for Peru. You may need assistance to signup for QBO Accountant Global account with another email address to do so.
