User profile section being required to be updated since passing billing to my accountant, but it freezes after attempting to input, leaving Quickbooks unaccessible.
Since I've changed my billing to my accountant, I've been unable to access my Quickbooks. It directs me to update my user profile. No problem, but it freezes each time I attempt to update. I'm no longer able to forward receipts as it says I have no access and I cannot get into my account to make any updates.
