User profile section being required to be updated since passing billing to my accountant, but it freezes after attempting to input, leaving Quickbooks unaccessible.

Since I've changed my billing to my accountant, I've been unable to access my Quickbooks. It directs me to update my user profile. No problem, but it freezes each time I attempt to update. I'm no longer able to forward receipts as it says I have no access and I cannot get into my account to make any updates.

Based on the information you've provided, I recommend clearing cache on your browser and then try logging into your account at https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ca/.  I also suggest trying other browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.  If the issue persists, you can reach out to your accountant and have them check your user profile, or contact us so we can take a deeper look into this unexpected behavior from our end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
