We received an email message from Intuit that our subscription renewal could not be processed. We are currently waiting for a new credit card to be mailed to us.

Will Intuit give us a grace period to wait for the new card?

I appreciate you reaching out to us here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online understands that things can happen.  When your subscription renewal cannot be processed, a second attempt will be made, and an email notification will be sent.  Rest assured, you don't need to worry about access to your data, or your account status.  We've got you covered!

 

When this type of situation occurs, your QuickBooks Online account may fall inactive.  However, when this happens, you'll still be able to log into your account and access your data for one full year.  This provides the opportunity for you to login at anytime and resubscribe.  With that being said, once you receive your new credit card, log into QuickBooks Online as the Primary Admin and follow the steps to update your payment method.
