Hello Rudy504,

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  The QuickBooks Online mobile app is a dynamic way to complete your daily bookkeeping tasks from anywhere at any time.  Being able to access it is key, in keeping your books accurate and up to date.  I would be glad to help!

When your access is denied, you'll want to ensure you're entering the correct credentials, when logging into your QuickBooks Online account.  However, before doing so, I recommend uninstalling, then reinstall the app to ensure it's up to date.  In addition, you may encounter errors when signing in, if you're using android and have made any changes to your payment method through Google Play.  In this case, here's how to fix common errors in the QuickBooks Online mobile app for Android.

If the issue persists, you can still access your books from a web browser.  However, I do suggest that you contact our Customer Care team outside of Community, for further evaluation of your situation.  They will be able to review this in more depth and escalate it for further investigation with our Development Team, if necessary.

Feel free to reach out again, if you have any other questions.  We would be happy to assist!
