What is the cost for additional standard users?

QBO Canada articles mention QBO Advanced with 25 users. I do not see it as an option purchase. What are the options for companies with more than 5 users?

Ignore it. They put the same article on every region. You may have 3 options:

1. Switch to QBO Advanced (US version). You may have 2 ways to migrate data.

2. Have a 3rd party app for some users (e.g CRM for your marketing team). They don't need to access your QBO and you can integrate the app with QBO.

3. Switch to QB Desktop CA Enterprise. I don't recommend it unless you don't mind to start from scratch. You can setup a simple private cloud solution if required.

Picking the right version of QuickBooks Online for your needs is imperative to help you save time and effort. I'd be happy to go over user limits and QuickBooks Online Advanced.

 

Currently QuickBooks Online Advanced is not available in Canada. For QuickBooks Online the most amount of users you can have is 5 billable users + 2 accounting firms for QuickBooks Online Plus.

 

If you're looking to have more users log into your account at one time I recommend looking into QuickBooks Desktop as the Enterprise version can go up to 30 users and can even get set up on a hosting site so your employees can access it from anywhere they have an internet connection.
