What to do if new employee isn't able to access account to set up tax and personal information? Tried forgot password but still not working.
Sent email prompt for new employee to finish setting up their account but they seem to run into the same issue each time : "I tried the reset password option on my computer (instead of on my phone) and punched in the code but it says i need to do a secondary verification and to choose an option, but there are no options"
