What to do when my bank requires 2 dactor authentication? Quickbooks never updates.

Multi Factor Authentication when linking your bank feed to QuickBooks is an additional security feature to protect your information.  If you are having issues with your two-factor authentication, I recommend contacting us outside of Community, so our Customer Care team can work with you directly and ensure you're able to connect your account as soon as possible.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
