Where are Batch transactions and Spreadsheet Sync in QBO Accountant (Canada)? They are in the self study training video re QBO 2023 recertification.

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  It's great to hear that you're working on the QuickBooks Online Accountant recertification.  The Spreadsheet Sync and Batch Transaction features are available in QuickBooks Online Advanced.  However, the batch transactions tool is currently not available in Canada.  To review feature updates click here.
