Where can I find some instructions regarding how to give more or less individualized access to a client's QBO account with QBO Online Accountant?

It sounds like you could be talking about giving QBO access to a team member in your account or giving QBO access to an external user. I'll be going through each of those just in case. 

When adding a team member in your account, you can select which client this member can access. Here's how.

1. From the left menu, select Team under Your Practice.
2. Select Add user, then fill up the fields accordingly.
3. Select Next, then choose the level of access for this member.
4. Select Next, then select which client this member can access.
5. Select Save and close

After accepting your invite, your team member will be able to access designated QBO clients through your Accountant account. In case you want to give direct QBO access to an external user, you first need to open your client's account from your Accountant account, then follow these steps.

1. Go to Settings ⚙, then Manager Users.
2. Select Add user.
3. Choose the user type you want to create. More options will appear on the screen depending on the user type you select.
4. Enter your new user’s name and email address, then select Save.

This way, the user will be able to access the QBO account without passing through your Accountant account.
