It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online enables you to manage your account with peace of mind.  We understand that life happens, and there are times when you may need to deactivate your account.  For this reason, we provide you with a one year window to reactivate your QuickBooks Online subscription, so you can pick up where you left off.  I'd be happy to help!

 

To cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription, follow these steps;

 

1. Log into the account as the Primary Admin

2. In the top right of your QuickBooks dashboard, click on Settings ⚙

3. Select Account and Settings

4. Open the Billing and Subscription tab  

5. Under your QuickBooks product, select Cancel subscription

6. Complete the brief survey and hit Continue to cancel
