While sending reminder to customer through quickbooks it shows from mail id is reflects (quickbooks@notification.intuit.com). How to change this to my company mail id.

The  ability to edit the From email address that you've described above isn't available in the program. I can see the benefit of having this function and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our product developers for consideration. To do this, click on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product features and enhancements are largely based on the valuable feedback we get from users like you.
