Why can't I log into my account using google chrome?

Having access to your QuickBooks Online account anywhere you have an internet connection is the benefit of using a cloud-based program. To fully troubleshoot the issue, I'd need a few more details. I can give you some things to check.

 

Make sure the password you're using is being entered correctly. Remember, these are case-sensitive. Try resetting your password by clicking Forgot password on the sign-in page.

 

When you try to log in to your QuickBooks Online account, it asks for an email or user id. The user id is your Intuit Id. So try and log into your Intuit account and see if the issue is QuickBooks related or is an issue related to your user id. You can try to log in with your email; if that doesn't work, try to use your user id.

 

This may be as simple as needing to clear your cache and cookies. Your internet browser will sometimes get bogged down with too much downloaded into the cache and need to be refreshed. Follow these easy steps for troubleshooting your browser:
