Why does it keep directing me to the Us site on the computer

It's important to me that you're directed to the version of our website that matches your account for QuickBooks Online. I have a few ideas to get you started.

 

QuickBooks Online's version vary by country so that they're set up to properly read and process the data for a given geographical area, like Canada. To log into QuickBooks Online Canada, you can follow these steps.

  1. Visit qbo.ca.
  2. Hover over Sign In and select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Enter your login details.

This should bring you directly to your version of QuickBooks Online or a list of the available accounts linked to your login information. If you're seeing a US account in this instance, it could be that you've accidentally signed up for a US version of the program. In that case, I recommend cancelling the US account if you don't need it, then creating a new account with new login details via qbo.ca. If that's not your situation and you mean to say that you're being redirected to the US QuickBooks Community, that can sometimes happen if you're using a VPN or other access point that's not Canadian. The Community tries to pick up on where you are to help you find the information you're looking for. To get to the right section of Community, simply click the flag at the top of the screen and choose the country you'd like.
