Question

Why does QB have to send me a code to log in? I have changed nothing and have tried everything I was told to do but nothing will change. Super annoying!

If you are prompt to enter codes when logging in to your account, you might want to check if the two-factor verification is enabled for your account. Follow these steps to verify your account settings and disable 2-step verification:

 

  1. Sign into your Intuit account, if you're not already signed in.
  2. Choose Sign in & security and then select Two-step verification.
  3. Check if it is enabled, and press Turn off when needed.
  4. Follow any onscreen instructions to complete your request.
