Hey there pa-soleilland-ab,

 

Using Payments paired with your QuickBooks Online subscription is a powerful combination that allows you to not only Invoice your customers for the products and services that you provide, but to receive payment from them at the touch of a button. Since you haven't shared much detail as to what's happening when you try to sign up for Payments, I want to provide you with the steps to sign up, as well as some troubleshooting options in case there's a problem in your browser that's preventing you from proceeding.

 

To sign up for QuickBooks Payments Canada, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Payments tab.
  4. Click Learn more to start the sign-up process.
  5. Hit Set up Payments once you've read and understand the pricing and Merchant Agreements.
  6. Fill in the required info under BusinessPersonal, and Deposits account.
  7. Click Activate Payments, understanding that it signifies you're acceptance of the Merchant Agreement, Privacy Statement, and pricing, as well as authorizing Intuit to pull your credit report.

 

If these steps don't work out as expected, you may need to clear your cache and cookies, or try some other browser and internet troubleshooting. Sometimes issues within your browser can prevent QuickBooks from running optimally. Here are some steps you can try:
