Why is my client not receiving an email for the accountant billed subscription

my client should receive an email at the time I subscribe my client to the accountant billed subscription but he never received the email to confirm its his account and to also sign into his Amazon account as I am unable to do so as the accountant the owner of the amazon account is required to sign in

To get started, I recommend having the client check if the emails are being sent to their junk/spam folder instead. In case this isn't the issue, I suggest having them check their firewall settings to see if they're not blocking the QuickBooks email domain. Let know how you make out upon checking this info.
