Question

Why the hell am I asked for password, then "picture verification" and after that an email confirmation EVERY TIME I am logging in? I log in from the same computer. WHY!!!

Hi matt-mil,

 

Your time is precious and it's important you're able to seamlessly login on the browser you use the most. 

 

Based on what you've described, it sounds like your browser may need some cleaning. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Doing this helps fix most issues the site may be having. I suggest giving that a try by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.

 

Once you've cleared cache and cookies, login into your QB account and if you get a prompt to save the username and password click Yes. The next time you visit www.qbo.ca, your browser will remember the login details and you don't have to verify your email. You may still get the prompt to verify the photo but that also depends with the browser you're using. One more thing to point out is that if you're using a private/incognito, you will need to verify the email and photo.
