2020 Payroll info missing. See prior case #s xxxxxxxxx 1/15/2020 and xxxxxxxxx 2/12/20 cancelled old 2019 subscription & activated the new 2020 purchase subscribtion

@blvarner I looked at your cases and saw you've been in contact with Desktop Payroll Support.  They will be able to resolve your issue with missing information.
