Quickbooks app on iphone 13 has always worked prior. Today, I push the app and it brings up Intuit TUrbotax credit karma quickbooks mailchimp logos but won't go any farther. What can I do?
We do not use QuickBooks for time tracking or payroll, but we have always been able to enter employee's time. As of yesterday, I get an error. I called support and after clearing the cookies it worked for a few minutes. Same error today cleared catche and still can't access it.
Hey all. Can’t believe I ended up here looking for help or suggestions. The short is we had 2 QBO companies, which were the same physical company with a single EIN. This was because payroll was brought online first. Currently, under gear>tools>back up company>copy there is a copy running since 5/27, 9 full days, 0% progress and no errors. We have gotten into a chat or phone support numerous times per day for the past 2 weeks. Totaling over 100 hours at this point. We keep being given INV (investigation) numbers about this from the back end, then that number is closed the next day. Below will be the original message to QB help that led us to upgrading both companies to the max, so we had access to all the backup and copy and restore features. Everything was going smooth and we were assured what we wanted to do was normal and would not be an issue. We would like to export a report that tells us each individual employee's name and corresponding job title.
Did a invoice yesterday morning, and I still can't access my money.
I used to run reports which included all Tag Groups and associated tags with detail info. I don't want to continue using tags if they are not going to be supporting in the future. Custom Fields does not help. I don't want to create a report and manually select all accounts and group them when tags does this for me currently.
I want to change the plan I have to a basic one.
I can't find anywhere in my intuit account that shows a history of invoices, either already paid or outstanding. How do I view this as the customer?
I've been trying to change my merchant account information for months now. I got a new number and cannot update my new phone number or banking information due to me having to jump through hoops with support. I have even started another case with support 2 WEEKS AGO to change my account phone number on my merchant account, and been having to wait days for email replies. Even then they closed my case twice due to "incorrect documents". It should not be this much of a hassle to change account information, especially when I already changed it on my self employed account, which apparently separate from the merchant account with the same login information. I will definitely be changing accounting softwares after this is resolved!
