Question

I'm missing several income transactions, refreshing the connection with my bank did not work. Will they eventually show up, or do I need to manually import them?

There is a possible reason why your income transactions are not showing in your account, Michelle.

When you first connect your bank to QuickBooks, some financial institutions allow transactions from the past 90 days. If your transactions are older than that, you can manually import them through a CSV file.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to the Profile ⚙ icon and select Imports.
  3. Select Import transactions.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
  5. Select Import.

After that, we can check if they've already been synced in QuickBooks by selecting "All" for the Type, Account, and Date filters.
